Program Overview

The “Cross-Border E-Commerce Elite Talent Program” promotional and matching event was recently held at Wenzhou University.

Jointly organized by the University’s College of Foreign Languages and Alibaba International Station, the program pioneers an innovative tripartite collaboration model involving the platform, the university, and enterprises. It adopts a dual-track approach of “systematic training + enterprise practice” to cultivate skilled, job-ready professionals for the cross-border e-commerce industry.

Open Enrollment and Program Arrangements

The program is now open for application and selection. Selected students will participate in official online training provided by Alibaba International Station during the winter vacation.

Upon passing the assessment, participants will receive a platform-authenticated certificate, significantly enhancing their employability. Qualified students will then enter partner enterprises—including Sowin Group—for hands-on practical training in the first half of 2026.

Inclusive Talent Development Philosophy

This inclusive approach is designed to break down disciplinary barriers and enable more students—especially those with foreign language strengths—to seize opportunities created by the rapid growth of global e-commerce.
